Our firm brings 22 years of education, leadership, and teaching of Adult Learners from K-12 to the university level, to contracting agencies and partners. Our company combines the best creative thinking and business acumen to address problems of practice, using a positive approach to change. We provide creative, intuitive, and practical solutions to capture your employees attention, retain pertinent information, and transform tacit knowledge into explicit organizational knowledge and learning.

TetraCore Consulting, LLC is a high touch consultancy, which offers high touch customer service. Consultants meet our clients in person, at creative work spaces and other suitable locations. As the founding member, I travel to meet my clients personally, who are primarily based in the United States. Our consultants utilize remote video-conferencing tools such as Zoom and other learning management systems to stay in constant contact, communicate, collaborate, and connect with our clients.

Consulting is accomplished remotely via phone, computer, and F-2-F following all safety and health measures recommended by the state. Our content is researched based and created from scratch. Our firm hosts retreats, develops customized courses, workshops, and trainings on emotional intelligence, leadership development, and non-profit program development.

With 23 years in K-12, Career Technical Education (CTE), community college, and university level teaching experience our company is primed to design and deliver engaging and participatory Adult trainings and workshops to meet our clients needs in the workplace. TetraCore Consultants began in the fields of education, higher education, and leadership and decided after working for numerous school districts and the largest community college district in the nation to “run our own race” create our own lane and shift from academia to business.

Dr. Laura Manyweather, a distinguished professional with a wealth of expertise and a profound commitment to social justice. Dr. Manyweather holds a terminal degree in Higher Education, specializing in Social Justice, from California State University Long Beach, along with an MBA in Finance from Argosy University.

With over 25 years of experience in corporate and non-profit sectors, Dr. Manyweather is a prominent figure in the Greater Los Angeles area, renowned for her contributions to non-profit development, fund development, grant writing, and more. Her dedication to reentry, equity, and social justice fuels her work, making her an invaluable asset to any organization. Dr. Manyweather's unique blend of skills in business, management, and finance sets her apart as a triple threat in the field.
